ABOUT
I’m a photographer, cinematographer, and CGI artist who builds cinematic, story-driven images for brands and agencies—frames that feel like they belong to a larger film.
My first serious training was in music. I studied jazz performance on upright bass and composition, and that background still shapes how I work: rhythm, timing, tension and release—then I translate that into light, color, and performance. When I later found myself gaffing on student films, I realized I had an intuitive connection to lighting and the way it steers emotion. I fell hard for cinematography, art direction, editing, and color. I also trained at ICP in New York, and I still maintain a working darkroom in my studio because craft matters to me—hands-on, intentional, and precise.
Today my process is a hybrid pipeline: concept + previsualization, photographed plates and talent, practical lighting, and CGI/compositing when the world needs to be built (or perfected). I collaborate with top stylists, makeup artists, and prop masters to create polished, believable scenes—always designed with space for type, brand marks, and campaign clarity.
When I’m not building frames, I’m sailing, cooking, sculpting, and hanging with my cat, Cole, who is a very good boy.
